What is Artistic Spirit Within?

Created as a forum for inspiration and motivation, A.S.W. discusses the link between art and spirituality. (Spirituality is not the same as religion – we do not promote any one religious belief.)

Creativity exists within though we may not always recognize its presence. So many people claim they “don’t have a creative bone in their body” and yet it’s there – in some way, shape, or form.

A.S.W. was created with the intention of celebrating, championing, and exploring the artist within and how creative expression is one path towards spiritual exploration, and vice versa.

Who are the Artistic Spirit Contributors?

We are a group of writers and other artists looking to share our stories of how art and spirituality play an essential role in our lives. The A.S.C.’s experience ranges from published authors to educators – all here to offer a safe place to lift one another up instead of knocking us down. We also represent a variety of religious backgrounds and beliefs – an artist spirit uniting us.
